VEGA BUYING GUIDES

Electric vs gasoline pressure washers for wholesale buying

Build a pressure washer range around where your customers work, the supply they have and the cleaning jobs they need to quote. Use the ES2-2H and G200 series references to prepare two distinct buying options.

Start with the customer, then choose the power source

An importer needs more than a headline pressure figure. A useful assortment gives the sales team a clear way to qualify an enquiry: where the customer cleans, whether a suitable electrical supply is available, how water reaches the machine and what equipment the job requires. Begin with those answers before deciding which type to quote.

  • For a fixed cleaning point with an identified electrical supply: shortlist an electric configuration, then check the machine’s connection and operating requirements against the site.
  • For work without a suitable mains connection: consider a gasoline configuration and confirm the operating location, engine arrangement, fuel handling and water supply against its instructions.
  • For customers who move between sites: ask about each site, hose reach and transport arrangements. The power source alone does not establish mobility or suitability.

Two references for different quotation conversations

The ES2-2H electric pressure washer and G200 series gasoline pressure washer have different listed pressure and flow figures. They are not an equal-output test of electric and gasoline designs. Use this table to identify the questions each reference raises; assess the exact quoted configuration for the cleaning task.

Catalogue figures for quotation reference; confirm the operating conditions and complete delivery scope for your order.

Keep rated and maximum pressure separate. Ask which flow applies at the quoted working pressure and which nozzle and test conditions support it. The ES2-2H power range requires a specific configuration in the offer. These figures do not establish cleaning time, fuel consumption, noise, service life or the suitability of either reference for a particular surface.

Plan your first assortment around enquiries you can qualify

If most enquiries come from customers with a known power connection and a fixed cleaning point, start by evaluating an electric line. If your customers need a machine for locations without a suitable electrical connection, evaluate a gasoline line. Carry both when you can explain the different requirements and support each quoted configuration.

For an initial mixed assortment, request separate line items for the two references. Record the intended customer segment and proposed quantity for each; choose the split from actual enquiries and sample feedback. Confirm whether the quantities can be combined under the proposed order terms. A mixed order, shared accessories or interchangeable service parts should never be assumed.

  • Use the same documented cleaning task when evaluating samples, and retain the configuration, nozzle and water-supply details with the result.
  • Ask for model-specific packed dimensions and weights before planning freight or warehouse space.
  • List hoses, guns, lances, nozzles and connectors for each line. Confirm compatibility before offering an accessory across both.
  • Agree the spare-parts references, manuals and written warranty process before expanding the range.

Confirm the destination configuration before ordering

For Europe, South America or Southeast Asia, identify the actual destination country and port rather than treating a region as one configuration. For the electric line, provide the customer’s voltage, frequency, phase and required connection. For both lines, request the applicable documents for the exact model, the manual language, packaging and product identification. Resolve open requirements before confirming the sample or order.

Send a brief for two comparable quotations

A clear brief lets the supplier explain the proposed assortment and the choices still to make. Include the following in your enquiry:

  • Destination country and port; customer type, cleaning surfaces and expected working pattern.
  • ES2-2H and/or G200 series reference; intended quantity for each line.
  • Available electricity, water source, hose reach and required attachments.
  • Exact configuration, included accessories, sample needs and acceptance checks.
  • Branding, packaging, manual language and requested delivery timing.
  • Request separate prices, MOQ, lead time, quotation validity, shipment and payment terms in writing.

Questions before you shortlist

Should I choose the machine with the highest maximum pressure?

Choose around the application and the complete configuration. Compare rated pressure and the corresponding flow, then confirm the nozzle, operating limits and water requirements. The G200 series has a 221 bar maximum figure and a separate 200 bar rated figure.

Does ES2-2H have one fixed power and electrical configuration?

The reference lists 1,500–2,000 W. Ask for the exact motor and electrical requirements of the quoted unit. Confirm voltage, frequency, phase and connection rather than treating the range as one universal configuration.

Can I order using “G200” alone?

G200 is a series reference. Confirm the full model suffix, engine, pump, starting method and accessory package in the quotation so the agreed sample and delivered goods can be identified.

Should my first shipment include both types?

Use your customer enquiries, sample assessment and ability to support the selected configurations to decide. Request the quantities and terms for each line; confirm any combined-order arrangement before committing to a mix.
